Only a Kid Could Get Away with It

Papa Dave to Nia:  “Who lives in West Virginia?”

The correct answer would have been – “My grandparents.”

Nia’s answer?  “That’s where all of my old people live.”

How do I explain how not ok that was for her to say?  It was pretty darn funny though.

Oh and by the way – those “old people” are anything but old to me!

    Some days we really feel old!! But Nia saying we're HER old people is soooo correct because we are old to her and we all belong to each other as a family. How mushy and goofy is that!!!? LOLA

    My sweet little Nia,as they say out " of the mouths of babes". Even though I will turn The Big 60 in 08 I don't feel old in WV (most days ) The reason is because of my family. They won't let me. All my Love to you,Momma,Grandma, & Honey…..
